Eltham Home Timber and Hardware is a family
business owned by Rob Deylen. There are over 30 staff members
at Eltham Home, all are proud of their experience and product
knowledge.
Senior staff, including hardware manager Peter Wilhelm and
his assistants; Brian Weaver and Harley Lee, have
10 to 40 years of experience each in the industry.

Rob Deylen
Owner
Rob has owned the business since 1974. He’s now retired
and still calls in regularly to catch up with staff and our
loyal customers.

Lindsay Hewitt
General Manager
Lindsay has been with the company since 1996 after extensive
management and administrative background in the timber and building
industry.

Ben Deylen
Assistant Manager / Sales Representative
Ben is the ‘Jack of all trades’. He’s a university
graduate who in 1998 gave away a banking career to learn all
facets of the family business.

Peter Wilhelm
Hardware Manager
Peter is the Hardware guru. With over 25 years experience, he’s
been here since 1980 and has three full time assistants with
numerous years experience.

Lindsay Campbell
Timber Manager
Lindsay has sawdust in his veins. He’s a qualified cabinetmaker
with nearly 20 years experience in the timber industry.
